Role Objective:Lead image and reputation managementprojects. Create a strong product understanding and values among clients. Develop and implement new communication strategies for LIGA ZAKON in Ukraine in line with the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR and GR strategies for stakeholder groups including partnership with government bodies.
Formulate and implement corporate communication policies.
Build creative tools and plans for PR and GR strategies enhancing product image and communication support.
Develop corporate and personal branding both externally and internally.
Plan and execute PR and GR programs campaigns content creation.
Analyze political trends and risks.
Establish relationships with government stakeholders.
Organize dialogues with government institutions.
Analyze effectiveness of PR and communication activities.
Liaise with creative and content teams.
Support internal and external communication.
Manage event participation and engagement.
Crisis communication management.

The right candidate will possess a diverse range of experiences skills and competenciesincluding but not limited to:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of PR/GR in Ukraine.
IT industry experience (Legal Tech RegTech Risk & Compliance OSINT ERP).
Strong relationships with key media outlets.
Government relations experience.
Excellent content creation and communication skills.
Creativity in PR and GR tools.
Proficiency in English (B2).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Innovative thinker and team player.
