Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and inspire a team of counselors to provide exceptional student guidance
and support creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize business performance and drive
company turnover leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with international universities and leading educational
establishments serving as the primary liaison between our firm and these esteemed
institutions
Stay aware of industry trends and educational policies particularly those relevant to UK
universities ensuring compliance with entry requirements and fostering strategic
partnerships.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
fostering an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Help plan workshops and seminars on various aspects of foreign education.
Review student essays ensuring clarity coherence and adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience promoting foreign educational institutions in India with
a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
Exceptional proficiency in English communication both verbal and written with the
ability to engage highprofile clients and universities independently.

Proven ability to generate business independently coupled with strong motivational skills
to inspire and lead a team towards achieving organizational goals.
Ambitious mindset with a strong commitment to personal and professional development
coupled with excellent time management abilities and proactive problemsolving skills.
Fast learner with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments coupled with
comprehensive knowledge of entry requirements for UK universities including those
within the Russell Group and modern institutions.
Knowledge about universities in countries other than the UK would be advantageous
though not mandatory.
Prior experience in editing essays or academic writing is highly desirable.
