Overview:

The Senior Domestic IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top IT talent for our organization in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the organizations IT staffing needs
  • Identify and source qualified IT candidates through various channels including online job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screen interview and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of the position
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future IT staffing needs
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve the IT recruitment process
  • Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates taking into account market conditions and internal equity
  • Stay current with emerging trends in IT recruiting and proactively recommend new strategies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role with a focus on domestic recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting IT talent specifically in the domestic market
  • Deep understanding of IT roles skills and technologies with the ability to assess candidate technical proficiency
  • Excellent knowledge of IT recruitment best practices including sourcing screening and interviewing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
  • Ability to manage multiple open IT requisitions and prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding IT recruitment targets
