Senior DFT Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer. Our client is a fast-growing Israeli company providing electronics design and verification services for the R&D teams of multiple clients.

Tasks

• You will learn and be responsible for the architecture of the DFT solutions across the SOC (MBIST, SCAN ATPG, LBIST, and more);
• Develop all the necessary HW / FW / SW for the different modules;
• Verify and Validate design;
• Debug and analyze coverage and yield loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science / higher education in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science from a well-known University;
• 5+ or more years of experience in the ASIC/SoC industry;
• Knowledge of BSEE/MSEE;
• Willing to work in a dynamic and demanding environment;
• Fast learner;
• A team player with the ability to work independently;
• Fluent in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge in either SCAN / MBIST / LBIST tools and flows;
• Knowledge of TAP protocols IEEE 1149.1/1500/1687 (iJTAG);
• Knowledge of Synthesis flows;
• Basic Skills in Perl / Python / TCL.
