Senior DevOps Support Engineer

Represent developer needs by efficiently processing technical support tickets.
Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve issues promptly.
Develop comprehensive onboarding materials including training sessions and documentation to facilitate the seamless integration of developers into our platform services.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the developer community.
Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge management portal.
Conduct regular analysis of incoming technical support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide insights to enhance the overall developer experience and optimize support processes.
Work closely with partner platform teams to understand their requirements and ensure our platform meets their needs.
Collaborate on scaling the support model and addressing challenges in a dynamic environment.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our knowledge management portal to enhance support capabilities.
Play a pivotal role in scaling our support model to meet the evolving needs of our growing developer community

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in a DevOps or Developer Relations role.

Strong knowledge of software development deployment and support processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive continuous improvement.

Experience working with crossfunctional teams and partner platform teams.

Handson scripting experience with Python.

Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS

Experience with continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins and Spinnaker.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Experience with observability practices tooling and solutions including Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry Splunk and NewRelic
