Your responsibilities:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer your main focus is Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineering.

Youll have a team of strong professionals from different fields working with you contributing to a powerful scalable costefficient and highly available platform meeting the flexible needs of the service.

Some of your daily activities include:

• Define plan implement and operate automated infrastructure and processes at scale;
• Create and maintain IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) environments onpremise as well as Cloud Platforms as a Service (PaaS) providers that meet SLAs;
• Support resource requirements for the Development Quality Assurance and Customer Value Realization teams enabling CI/CD pipelines according to compliance and best practice standards;
• Occasionally leading proofofconcept activities to validate product concepts.

Who you are:

Musthaves:

• 4 years of experience leveraging your DevOps expertise by supporting distributed business applications in an enterprise environment;
• Experience working within an agile development context;
• Knowledge of AWS Services including PaaS and IaaS;
• Proficiency in Terraform and relevant experience with either automation tools such as CloudFormation Ansible and GitLab or orchestration tools such as ArgoCD and Kubevela;
• The ability to adapt and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and develop pipelines ideally with containers CNCF Linux and OpenSource Ecosystems;
• Handson Kubernetes experience;
• Strong communication skills and collaboration spirit to work in a distributed team worldwide;
• Excellent English skills.

NicetoHaves:

• A background in Platform Engineering is highly valued for this position;
• Experience in designing toolchains and workflows for software engineering;
• Advanced understanding of designing and implementing GitOps processes;
• Experience in system automation for scalable environments;
• Familiarity with continuous integration and testing preferably GitLabCI;
• Knowledge in IAM (Identity and Access Management) with protocols SAML V2 OIDC and IDPs KeyCloak Auth0 OKTA;
• CKA and CKAD Certifications;
• Good German skills.
