Job Description
Our clients mission is to provide protection to persons who are at risk of persecution or serious harm in the event of return to their country of origin. In accordance with Belgian, European and international standards, our client examines each application for international protection in an individual, objective and impartial manner.
A modernization process has been started within our customer, translated within the eDossier program. It is a very ambitious programme, consisting of a number of projects, with very tight timing. In order to further shape and develop the program, we are looking for strong profiles who want to commit to the delivery, planned for the end of 2024.
Tasks
You have a broad and diverse set of competencies that enable you to design the stack, deliver, manage applications and maintain within the reach of your team. Where necessary, you will also contribute to the design of solutions, their development and ultimately their dismantling
Requirements
- Degree in computer science is a good idea, but effective experience is the deciding factor
- Continuously training himself to stay up to date with the latest sustainable trends and innovations, primarily with a focus on Platform as a Service offerings within Public Cloud environments,
- At least 10 years of experience within java (script) and/or python software projects,
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with design and development of micro services, preferably within Azure,
- At least 5 years hands on experience with event driven architecture, preferably within Azure,
- At least 5 years hands on experience with CI/CD, preferably within Azure DevOps,
- At least 10 years hands on experience with integration and PaaS offerings, preferably within Azure,
- At least 5 years hands on experience with layout technical blueprints,
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with integration of Sharepoint and O365, preferably within Azure
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph,
- Ability to propose alternative solutions and formulate recommendations on the choices to be made, taking into account the full context
- Good listener, flexible attitude, and possessing the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thorough Knowledge of the agile software development process is an added value,
- Knowledge of the Angular framework is an added value,
- Thorough knowledge of modeling languages is an added value
- Knowledge of the terms used in the design and management of databases is an added value
- Knowledge of infrastructure-related concepts (IaaS) is an added value
- Knowledge of European interoperability is an added value
- Knowledge of existing building blocks and services within the federal government context is an added value
Languages
- Active knowledge of two of the following languages: Dutch, French, English
- Active knowledge of the three languages is an added value
