- Expertise in architecture and interior design principles and practices
- Experience managing design projects from concept to construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and mentor team members
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, and Sketchup is a must
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional certification or licensure is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
