- Impeccable understanding in the construction of building and civil engineering projects.
- A sound delay analysis capability working with various delay analysis techniques / forensic planning experience, either in a specialist role, or as a part of a traditional planning role.
- Pre and post contract planning experience on large-scale, complex projects.
- An understanding of disputes processes, particularly those in arbitration and/or litigation.
- The ability to evaluate, critique and report on programmes created by others.
- Have demonstrable skills in understanding and proving entitlement for extension of time claims.
