Reporting directly to the Data & Integrations Manager youll be pivotal in shaping our property media strategy through datadriven insights.

What Youll Do:

• Leverage advanced SQL to mine and analyse complex data sets.

Identify trends and insights to inform business decisions.

Clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop and implement data strategies to bolster our property media efforts.

Collaborate with key stakeholders including Data Engineers Marketing and Media Agencies to optimise our property data strategy.

Your Background:

• Deep experience in the property industry with a strong grasp of legal conveyancing or searching aspects.

A solid foundation in customer service and independent research.

Expertise in data warehouses dimensional data models and analytics products.

Proficiency in data visualisation (e.g. Tableau) and familiarity with machine learning & deep learning.

Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with over 7 years of relevant experience.

Advanced skills in SQL BI tools and data visualisation.

Proven ability to understand complex business processes and data structures.

Bachelors degree in accounting IT or a related field.
