Senior Data Analyst

This is a remote position.

1. Conduct indepth analysis of complex datasets using statistical techniques and visualization tools.
   

1. Translate business requirements into actionable insights collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
   

1. Design and automate reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
   

1. Implement and uphold data quality standards working with governance teams.
   

1. Apply machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
   

1. Hire Mentor and manage a team of data analysts fostering a datadriven culture.
   

1. Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams for seamless integration.
   

1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
   

2. Estimation and Budgeting: Manage project budgets ensuring profitability and timely execution.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics or Computer Science.
   

1. Minimum 3 years of data analyst experience.
   

1. Proficient in SQL Python Pandas Matplotlib Numpy and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
   

1. Github Jupyter Anaconda
   

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
   

1. Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
   

1. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop Spark or similar platforms.
   

1. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
   

1. Understanding of data engineering principles and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
   

1. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R Java or Scala for handling large datasets.
   

1. Proficiency in database management systems beyond basic SQL such as NoSQL databases.
   

1. Basic project management skills to plan effectively and execute data analysis projects.
   

2. Enhanced presentation skills for effectively conveying complex findings to various audiences.
