The Role
As the Senior CRM & Email Producer youll ensure customers receive rewarding and contextual experiences across the banks suite of brands and service offerings. Consistent digital & channel experiences are imperative to the brand values and we strive for effective communications in moments that matter while achieving world class business outcomes.
Youll be responsible for:
Building and broadcasting emails and SMS to acquire and retain customers across product and customer lifecycles.
Managing the pipeline of campaigns for Mastercard including prioritisation of campaign deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
Deliver bestinclass email performance outcomes through recommendations on measurement and using campaign results and insights to optimise and improve against business targets (KPIs).
Engagement and daily management of thirdparty outbound messaging providers (Salesforce Adobe etc) to deliver the Groups yearly campaign program.
Liaising with internal stakeholders including marketing and product to define best practices and the development and implementation of an endtoend CRM strategy and roadmap for acquisition and retention.
Working with internal stakeholders such as data platforms technology architecture and solution designers to ensure CRM technology and capability operates efficiently and effectively and troubleshooting to overcome issues such as outages.
Determining gaps between email business needs and current marketing technology capabilities and recommend efficient solutions to address opportunity areas.
Analysing the technical capabilities of CRM tools technologies and interfaces to make recommendations for improvement.
What do I need
Technical skills for personalisation and capability tools e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation and Journey Builder capabilities experienced with Litmus JavaScript and AmpScript
Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS coding practices for different email clients including responsive design for desktop & mobile devices
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to continuously develop soft and technical skills
Comprehensive understanding of the technology and architecture that underpins CRM communications delivery
Continuous improvement of digital experiences through test and learn mindset
Financial services background is preferable
A strong and confident communication style with care and genuine interest
Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions
Thrives in a collaborative environment and develops/maintains working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in implementing processes and working across broad diverse groups to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
Ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups
