Senior Corporate Operations Executive - Supply Demand And Planning

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and data analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account managers, and Commercial teams to gather relevant information for demand forecasting, such as promotions, product launches, and market trends.
• Analyze demand patterns, sales trends, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate demand forecasts, inbound status, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through the identification and implementation of process enhancements and technological tools.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on demand planning.
• Monitor and assess the impact of external factors, such as economic conditions and regulatory changes, on demand patterns.
• Analyze and address demand forecast deviations by investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure demand forecasts align with budgetary goals and financial projections.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and implement demand planning software tools and technologies.
• Support the development of long-term demand plans and capacity utilization strategies.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
• Good knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, such as time series analysis, regression analysis, and causal modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Efficiently managing your time and prioritizing tasks is crucial to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• A hardworking, high-energy individual with a significant stamina.

• BSc Degree in Industrial Engineer or Logistics Business related.
• 2+ years of Experience in Forecasting, Demand & Supply planning, or a related field.
• CSCP, CLTD, and master’s degree are an advantage for Leader Position.
