- Promote harmonization of program approaches across the implementation sites by monitoring use of common tools, creating opportunities for experience sharing and learning
- Provide managerial support and quality oversight during implementation of key components of the program;
- Compile reporting to donors in collaboration with field teams and the Senior Monitor Officer before submission to SIPC
- Provide support to the team in the development and use of M&E tools to monitor program implementation and quality, as well as to collect feedback from beneficiaries
- Provide trend analysis on areas where CP is implementing in order to improve services and advocacy for children and with particular focus on Street and Working Children
