Senior Business Analyst
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 12 Years
MustHave:
US Healthcare EMR / EHR application experience
JD:
5 Years Experience in Healthcare IT Support with Net Health Therapy experience.
5 years Net Health Therapy implementation and maintenance experience
2 years Ready Set application support experience required.
2 years experience with support software (ServiceNow or similiar)
1year minimum experience working with HL7 interfaces
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
Ambulatory workflow knowledge required.
Maintain a high degree of business knowledge in the supported business areas and applications with deep understanding of operational processes and requirements.
Provide application/infrastructure support and respond to requests and inquiries from users within the predetermined timeframe of the applicable service levels.
Identify solutions to work around open issues/problems that are under investigation or pending resolution.
Document and track case histories issues and actionable steps taken.
Communicate issues and opportunities to the support team leadership.
Troubleshoot and resolve requests and test fixes.
