Senior Business Analyst - Relocation within Europe

For various international institutions in Europe we are looking for a Senior Business Analysts.

Candidates need to be willing to relocate within Europe.

Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required but not provided. This position is open for contractors.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications;
  
• Management of changes requests;
  
• Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries;
  
• Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders;
  
• Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material;
  
• Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents;
  
• Interaction with the business analysts customers users project leaders and the developers;
  
• Participation in working groups progress meetings and meetings with the users;
  

Profile:

• Bachelor or Masters degree;
  
• 5/7/9 years relevant experience in business analysis;
  
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram state diagram entity relationship model interaction diagrams etc.);
  
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
  
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage;
  
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
  
• Good knowledge of large organizations administrative business processes;
  
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
  
• Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences;
  
• Analysis and problem solving skills;
  
• Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents;
  
• Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus;
  
• Fluent in English;
