Hybrid/Remote Position Whatyou ’ll be doing: Grow and maintain a very positiveteam and sales culture Recruit, hire, anddevelop BDRs so that they are successful with our company and longterm in their careers Identify, makerecommendations, and implement areas of improvement around process,efficiency, and productivity Partner withsenior sales management, marketing and other business partners todevelop a successful GTM strategy Refine andevolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for runningand growing the team Provide regular updatesinto the effectiveness of current strategy based on data and salesreporting What we expect fromyou: Have aminimum of 4 years of proven working experience as a BDR Manager(experience as a sales executive a majorplus) A consistent track record of 100%+ quotaachievement Have a deep understanding of how toimplement and execute a multi-prongedapproach Proficient cold caller with theability to train BDRs to be effectivecallers An all-star copywriter that evokes theright emotion from our target audience Have apassion for working for a mission drivencompany
