Job Description

Your primary role will be to update existing and project drawings using AutoCAD with minimum direction from Engineers or Designers. Naturally, you are accustomed to executing multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy.

The role can be based at any of our EMEA manufacturing sites, including UK (West Yorkshire), Spain (Terrassa), Italy (Lombardy), Germany (Krefeld) and Sweden (Helsingborg).

Principal duties:

• Updating PFDs and P&IDs for various sites.
• Field Verification and redlining of P&IDs
• Updating General Arrangement Drawings based on project information.
• Updating discipline specific drawings such as Piping Isometrics, Civil & Structural details, Electrical & Instrumentation details.

What you will need:

Associates degree in design/drafting or a related field. Equally, please know that we embrace experience in lieu of degree.

• Substantial experience in the chemical industry using AutoCAD.
• CADWorx experience is a bonus.
• Experience in creating or revising drawings from design sketches and verbal instructions.
• Sound knowledge of computer graphics and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, reading of drawings and reproduction methods used by the engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical skills
• Basic knowledge of drafting standards and procedures
