THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a genuine career opportunity for a Senior Audit Manager who is enthusiastic and an organised professional with passion for delivering topnotch audits to our client firm's diverse portfolio. In this key role within the team you will take charge of managing and executing audits across a spectrum of clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance identifying growth opportunities and consistently delivering highquality audit services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage audit engagements in collaboration with Audit Partners
• Develop and strengthen relationships between the firm and valued clients
• Provide highquality audit services to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Mentor develop and train members of the audit team for ongoing success
• Support general risk management matters within the firm
• Develop effective solutions to address technical audit challenges
• Contribute to the growth of the audit department through proactive initiatives

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Be CA CPA ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Hold a Bachelors degree
• Have 5 years’ experience as an auditor
• Have proven Client focus and Accountancy performance skills
• Be proficient in project management
• Possess expertise in accounting frameworks (AASB) (IFRS)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Be skilled in mentoring and coaching attributes to support and train junior auditors
• Experienced with Caseware (preferred not essential)
