Job Description
Achieving monthly sales targets
Being able to analyse customer requirements and explain products, services, and prices.
Advising customers on suitable handsets and tariffs
Resolving customer queries that might occur during the sales process.
Ensuring timeous deliveries and activations
Keeping up to date with current and future products
Contribute innovative ideas/suggestions.
Maintain a record of and report daily and monthly sales.
Keeping ahead of technology changes within the telecoms industry
Requirements
-Ability to work with little supervision.
-Be able to communicate clearly and accurately with customers.
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Matric minimum requirement
-Tertiary education an advantage
-ICT course an advantage
-Solid track record of sales success
-Proficient in MS Excel and Word
-Experience using ICT network systems such as Morpheus and C3D
-Ability to work with little supervision. -Be able to communicate clearly and accurately with customers. -Excellent telephone etiquette -Vodacom experience is a must -Previous telesales experience in the ICT / Telecoms environment (1 year) -Matric minimum requirement -Tertiary education an advantage -ICT course an advantage -Solid track record of sales success -Proficient in MS Excel and Word -Experience using ICT network systems such as Morpheus and C3D
