- Tasks in the role:
- Play a critical role in expanding our network of affiliates by actively seeking new partnerships and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for them;
- Provide all the necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote our brands;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, campaign success and key metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with affiliates to ensure their ROI aligns with the agreed parameters, while fostering a mutual beneficial partnership;
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure our brand`s reputation and integrity are upheld.
- Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager;
- English proficiency at least B2 level;
- Native proficiency in Russian;
- Advanced knowledge in Tableau and/or Power BI would be considered as a strong advantage;
- Availability to travel for conferences and different events;
- Proven experience within the Financial / Betting / Gambling / Gaming industry.
