Responsibilities:
• Making sure all kind of requested services by employees (in the locations assigned to him) is delivered with respect to company process, rules & regulations & maintaining the SLA.
• Controlling the stock of Pantry & stationary in the assigned locations.
• Supervising the in-house events (end to end “supplier to requester”) and settling the payment
• Act as a focal point between remote sites, whether buildings or shops & Facility Maintenance team
• Supervising the cleaning, pest control vendors in his base location & other shops or buildings that will be assigned later to him by his direct manager.
