THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is ideal for a person who wants to be involved in handling tax compliance for various entity structures encompassing individuals partnerships trusts companies and super funds. The diverse client base ensures that you will gain valuable experience working with a range of industries aligning perfectly with the comprehensive services offered by the accounting firm situated in a serene and sophisticated environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate directly with Principals and Managers to deliver exceptional value to clients
• Take charge of endtoend tax compliance work for a diverse clientele
• Support management by mentoring graduate accountants and contribute to their professional growth
• Initiate and foster strong client relationships through effective communication Engage in reviewing client structuring and play a key role in preparing taxation advice
• Handle the preparation of financial statements
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and actively contribute to crafting goalsetting strategies for clients
• Proactive in identifying and capitalising on opportunities to foster the growth of clients' businesses

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Possess 3 years' experience in a professional practice.
• Demonstrate familiarity with current tax legislation and apply it with guidance from partners
• Showcase the ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively
• Exhibit proficiency in mentoring junior/intermediate staff members
• Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
• Display initiative selfconfidence and strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly organised with an exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in computer packages including Handisoft MYOB Quickbooks Xero and Microsoft Office
• Show enthusiasm for developing a rewarding career
• Demonstrate a passion for contributing to clients' growth
