We are seeking an ambitious strategic and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business operations achieving sales targets managing partnerships and developing marketing campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and further develop your managerial skills in a fastpaced competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recruit partners to support the healthy growth of companys enterprise (B2B) business in Indonesia.
  • Develop longterm business plans for partners and companys business success in the Indonesian market.
  • Assist partners with annual joint business planning for both sales performance achievement and capability improvement targets.
  • Support partners to achieve sales targets as well as strategic targets.
  • Act as a bridge between the partner and all related teams in company leveraging resources to improve sales performance if necessary.
  • Analyze the gap between partners capabilities and companys business requirements and deliver comprehensive improvement solutions.
  • Manage partner satisfaction including but not limited to handling channel conflicts complaints and action plan followups.
  • Handle other partner businessrelated issues as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or other ICT related fields.
  • 3 years of industry experience working with SSP products. Experience in directly handle with end user.
  • Proficient in mainstream SSP solutions and marketing techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the SSP industry with a track record of successful SSP project execution in government and enterprise sectors.
  • Strong understanding and logical communication skills (fluent English outstanding writing and presentation abilities).
  • Demonstrates excellent selflearning capabilities.
