  Responsibilities:

• Utilize Maya to create high-quality 3D models, both low-poly and realistic, that meet the technical and artistic requirements of our projects.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance on mobile platforms while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with the art and development teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the game engine.
• Produce high-quality textures and materials for 3D models, considering the constraints of mobile devices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance 3D modeling and texturing workflows.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Maya.
• Expertise in creating optimized 3D models for mobile gaming platforms.
• Strong skills in both low-poly and high-quality realistic modeling and texturing.
• Experience with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
• Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and an understanding of platform-specific constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
