Job Description

- Lead the establishment or strengthening of a shared platform for water sector planning and donor coordination, including building a comprehensive database and a real time donor investment plan
- Support the development and implementation of the WGA activities to strengthen drought management measures.
- Institutionalize the implementation of Results Based Action Plans (RBAPs) and establish accountability mechanisms throughout the water sector through reporting and regular review.
- Support the establishment of risk response plans and institutionalize their implementation.
- Work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team to ensure integration and incorporation of MEL and results-based management approaches in sector planning and management.
