1. Should have sufficient supervision knowledge & hand on experience in electrical erection activities of cement plant equipments like cable laying erection of panels feeders transformers MCCs etc. in load centers switchyards etc. 2. Greenfield / Brownfield project 3. Competent enough to supervise the electrical erection activities. 4. Should be able to read the electrical engineering drawings 5. Should be able to work in team with challenges of multiple task & activities at a single site with different teams / sections 6. Experience of plant commissioning would be additional benefit
