Job Description

  • Responsible for reception of the customers.
  • Arrange meetings.
  • Handle the agenda work for CEO.
  • Documents Control.
  • Reply on phone calls.
  • Reply on company's Facebook page.
  • Applying with MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Job Requirements

  • Males Only, less than 25 years old.
  • Working till the evening (preferred residents out of Cairo as we have suitable accommodation).
  • Excellent knowledge of Sending & Receiving Emails.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent Internet research skills.
  • Familiar with Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Excellent in the English language.
  • Very good Communication & Customer Relation skills.
  • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
