• Proven ability to lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries.
• Facilitation of all the team s meetings and ceremonies depending on the framework used.
• Excellent communication collaboration and a selfstarter.
• Removes roadblocks many of which will be beyond the team s authority or will require support from other teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset and highlights opportunities to improve efficiency of scrum teams.
• Ability to coaches and mentor the team on agile ways of working.
• Management of dependencies internal and external to scrum team.
• Experience with calculating team capacity analyzing and adjusting learnings from previous sprints.
• Extensive understanding of agile methodology techniques frameworks (SAFe Scrum or Kanban) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence). Communicative and socialexcellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types.
• Assertive must be able to ensure agile and scrum concepts and principles are adhered to and not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority.
• Willing and able to hold the team accountable to its vision and values.
• Situational awareness must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and escalate them to team and to management when appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on issues of strategy risk and process.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
