- Work with Appian team to oversee the requirement intake process.
- Work with integration partners (68) to manage ad track dependencies / build readiness / TEPs (Run program SYNC / Scrum of Scrums).
- Team readiness checks for upcoming Program increments.
- Manage Build and Test teams
- Run all agile ceremonies.
