Job Summary:
The Onsite Staffing Coordinator will perform various Administrative, Payroll, and HR based duties to support the recruiting team and specified Client locations. The job will consist of Client Communication, Potential Daily Visits, Managing the Time Clock, Hours, and Pulling Client specific reports and data per the client expectations. Working with the Internal Payroll department to make sure associates are paid accurately and on time. Working with HR and Compliance Departments to complete I9, W2, Direct Deposit, Safety Training and Videos. Processing any new hire paperwork and screening’s such as Drug and Background Checks. Responsible for creating a top-notch associate and client experience greeting associates for Interviews, Company Tours, and First Day Training and Orientation.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Sitting on site or visiting clients to lead Job Fairs, Hiring Events, Company Tours, and New Hire training and onboarding classes.
  • Finding, Screening, and Matching candidates to client requirements
  • Successfully building pipelines of candidates, scheduling interview’s, screening candidates to the job requirements, and successfully matching candidates to client requirements.
  • Assist the Branch Manager and Recruiting team with collecting and processing timecards.
  • Working with associates and clients to research and problem solve hours/ check related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with clients regarding Time Clock, Timecards, current associate hours, and eligibility to convert full time.
  • Ensure all employee confidential information is properly secured.
  • Creating records in the ATS System documenting Attendance, Performance, and any Career conversations.
  • Enter Direct Deposit information and administer Pay Cards when needed.
  • Complete E-Verify Training and process I9, Social Security Verification, and E-Verify checks daily.
  • Enter Criminal Background checks into our company portal. Track results in a timely manner.
  • Administer Safety Training and Videos and document certificates into our system.
  • Ensure I-9 compliance and retention for accuracy.
  • Assist in conducting I9 Audits for the branch.
  • Collecting appropriate forms and documentation required for onboarding paperwork.
  • Administer Drug Tests in the office.
  • Additional Recruiting support as required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Associates Degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience preferred but not necessary.
Expectations- Success in the Role
  • Hitting a 95% Fill Ratio on open orders
  • Hitting a 24–48-hour time to fill performance on all Go to Work type orders.
  • Hitting a 24–48-hour submission time frame goal for all Resume Based / Interview Required roles.
