Job Description

  • Preparing the monthly production plan according to the available capacity, following up day to day with production to ensure no deviation from the communicated delivery dates
  • Weekly monitoring for the OTD and update customer for any deviation in delivery dates, daily coordination with material planning and purchasing regarding material availability
  • Leading the weekly operation meeting with the project management team and production
  • Identifying capacity constraints and recommending both short- and long-term solution and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks
  • Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implementing initiatives to improve plan adherence
  • Planning analysis report and leading the KPI to match the target, leading the S&OP to have 6-month horizon forecast
  • Inventory analysis, controlling and following up, working closely with other departments to improve the NWC (Net Working Capital)
  • Following all ABB ethics and OHS instructions, forming and working in synergy in teams with subordinates’ peers and superior

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Professional experience of at least 5+ years’ experience in related work
  • Knowledge of industrial sector preferable to be electrical
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks, efficient time management, good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude
  • Experienced use of different Microsoft programs, SAP experience is preferable
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic language is mandatory and French language is a privilege
