Job Description: Senior SAP WM/LE Consultant

Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP WM/LE Consultant you will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of SAP WM/LE solutions for clients across various industries. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders project managers developers and other SAP consultants to deliver highquality solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design of SAP WM/LE solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

Implementation: Oversee the endtoend implementation of SAP WM/LE modules including configuration customization testing and deployment activities.

Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients warehouse and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend SAP WM/LE solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP WM/LE modules with other SAP and nonSAP systems such as SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and external logistics systems.

Data Migration: Define data migration strategies and oversee the migration of master data and transactional data from legacy systems to SAP WM/LE ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Custom Development: Work closely with developers to design and implement custom enhancements reports and interfaces to meet unique business requirements related to warehouse management and logistics execution.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and key stakeholders on SAP WM/LE functionality best practices and system usage to ensure smooth adoption and maximize business value.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation including design documents configuration guides test scripts and training materials to support project deliverables and knowledge transfer.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews and audits of SAP WM/LE configurations developments and processes to ensure compliance with project standards industry regulations and best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP WM/LE advancements industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of handson experience as an SAP WM/LE Consultant with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

Proficiency in SAP WM/LE configuration including warehouse structure storage types movements picking strategies replenishment and handling unit management.

Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies and experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other SAP modules and external systems.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Solid project management skills and experience leading crossfunctional teams in complex SAP implementations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

SAP certification in Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Logistics Execution (LE) is a plus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM is desirable.
