Urgent requirement ofSAP S4 PP-DS Lead - Permanent - Sydney


Requirements




  • Demonstrate end-to-end business process knowledge in Production Planning and detailed scheduling processes
  • Expert level knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling PPDS business process and system architecture
  • Must have at least one implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA
  • S/4HANA SAP PP DS Lead with experience of implementing SAP for global organizations
  • Should have experience working in industry with Mining industry experience being an added advantage
  • Specific process and SAP product knowledge in the following areas besides basic production / manufacturing related business processes
  • Experience working with SAP PPDS with hands on experience in system configuration
  • Experience working within PPDS Sort Strings in Resource Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, Capacity Requirements Planning, Detailed Production Schedule, Flexible Planning, Production Planning Reports (Planned vs Actual production)
  • Knowledge on integration with other SAP modules in logistics area
  • Good working knowledge of SAP SAC and other cloud offerings and integration to S/4HANA will be an advantage
  • Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
  • Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support
  • Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging processes with business stakeholders including senior management and C level leaders
  • Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, staffing
  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience including 7+ years hands on SAP PP configuration and implementation plus 4-5 years supervisory experience
  • Very Good Communication Skills


Responsibilities:



  • Lead business requirements workshops with customer to design and roll out S/4HANA PP solutions
  • Solution Architecting the end-to-end solution in the process area
  • Design global template based on the best practices
  • Prepare blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training
  • Define Integration points across functional areas,data requirements for the business processes and Define reporting requirements for the business processes
  • Identify required enhancements that is provided by the standard SAP application
  • Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience
  • Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
  • Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
  • Provide strong functional understanding of S/4HANA
  • Understand the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and provide advice to customers on the S/4HANA adoption journey
