Urgent requirement ofSAP S4 OTC (SD) Lead - Permanent - Sydney
Requirements
- Demonstrate end-to-end business process knowledge in Order to Cash processes
- Expert level knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution module and processes
- Must have at least one implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA
- S/4HANA SAP SD Process Lead with experience of implementing SAP for global organizations
- Should have experience working in industry with Retail, Mining industry experience being an added advantage
- Specific process and SAP product knowledge in the following areas in addition to basic production / manufacturing related business processes, Production Execution, Sales Order Processing including Sales Order Creation, Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment), Integration to EWM / TM preferred, Customer Invoicing including revenue recognition
- Integration knowledge between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference to production and material movement / logistics
- Good working knowledge of SAP SAC and other cloud offerings and integration to S/4HANA will be an advantage
- Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
- Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support
- Expert level knowledge in integration with other SAP functions
- Candidate must have the ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical Candidate should have the ability to be hands on and mentor junior team members
- Candidate should be able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and manage teams and client
- Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging Order to Cash processes with business stakeholders including senior management and C level leaders
- Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, staffing
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience including 7+ years hands on SAP SD configuration and implementation plus 4-5 years supervisory experience
- Very Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements workshops with customer to design and roll out S/4HANA sales and distribution solution
- Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices
- Solution Architecting the end-to-end solution in the process area
- Design global template based on the best practices
- Prepare blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training in the SAP Sales modules
- Define Integration points across functional areas, data requirements for the business processes and Define reporting requirements for the business processes
- Identify required enhancements that is provided by the standard SAP application
- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience
- Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
- Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
- Provide strong functional understanding of S/4HANA
- Understand the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and provide advice to customers on the S/4HANA adoption journey
