Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production requirements and develop production plans.
• Configure and maintain the SAP PP module to support production planning and execution.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of materials for production.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize production.
• Lead and support SAP PP module implementations and upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP PP system.
• Develop and maintain documentation of production processes procedures and system configurations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production and material management issues.
• Support the integration of SAP PP with other modules such as MM and SD.
• Participate in the testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in production planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning function.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in SAP PP implementation and support.
• Expertise in production planning processes and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and its application in SAP PP.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP to align with business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex production scenarios and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to lead and support SAP PP system implementations and upgrades.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and their interaction with SAP PP.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in production planning.
• Experience in training end users and providing system support.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions.
• Certification in SAP PP is preferred.
