This is a remote position.

Job Role.
Building SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients Finance andAnalytics functions.
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.
Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and clientstakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP.
Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cut-over activities as requiredfor go-live preparation.
Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to theuser community.

Here's what you need to have:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Information technology systems, or a similar field.
Readily available to assist team working on Eastern Standard Time.
With over 7 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting domain, the candidate should possess extensive knowledge of SAP planning and consolidation ecosystem. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimumof 3 years of experience in implementing Financial Consolidation Solutions in at least one EPM tool (SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, etc.).
The candidate must have worked in a client-facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex financial planning and consolidation programs for at least 1-2 years in a banking or insurance industry.
It is essential that the candidate possesses an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with SAP BPC/SAC, SEM-BCS, as well as S/4 HANA and BW/4 HANA, along with a strong background in accounting and finance.
The candidate must possess a deep functional understanding of record to report and financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement reporting.
The candidate must have proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from the initial phase to the delivery of associated deliverables.
Though not essential, the candidate should have proven experience in IT change projects, covering a range of streams, partners, and technologies (including IT infrastructure, IT security, IT operations, IT applications, etc.), throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
The candidate should possess strong team player skills, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach across the team.


At least 4 end to end lifecycle implementations where the Candidate was the Lead PM for at least 2. Proven experience as the Head of Enterprise CRM implementations under a well-defined project management methodology. Deep experience and knowledge in all facets of enterprise level CRMs. Experience managing an enterprise level CRM systems and PMP certification is preferred Knowledge of Customer Service protocol and methodology. Knowledge of Service Cloud preferred. Demonstrate and leverage strong business and financial acumen. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of the organization as a whole. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
