Customer Operations Specialist

Summary:

The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for entering and/or processing customer purchase orders.

In This Role Youll Have The Opportunity To:

• Create and modify inbound customer purchase orders using Enterprise Resource System SAP
• Identify and resolve all order conflicts including price inventory location and timing
• Create deliveries in SAP for timely order fulfillment
• Utilize customer order management websites and processes
• Work closely with transportation planners to ensure customer needs are met
• Analyze customer requirements and report that information to stakeholders
• Track orders in various modes of shipment
• Communicate with sales and customer contacts

Requirements :

What You Need To Succeed:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including demonstrated proficiency in VLOOKUP pivot tables
• SAP SD Experience Preferred
• Experience in fulfillment of orders preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with an emphasis placed on accuracy
• Ability to adapt to change develop and train and/or learn new processes

Other Requirements:

• Fastpaced deadline oriented
• Ability to sit or stand at workstation for long periods of time
• Hybrid 60% office 40% remote must have home highspeed internet and dedicated workspace to qualify

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Business or related field preferred
