Role : SAP CRM with Services
Experience : 6 to 8 years
Location : Bengaluru
Job Description:
a) Overall 68 years of Functional experience with SAP CRM Service
b) Good knowledge with Integration of CRM With SAP ECC SD/PS/PM modules
c) Actively involved in functional test scripts creation and functional testing as part ITC/UAT
d) Supported test automation teams during script creation providing functional flows test data issue resolution during script creation etc.
e) Possess strong business and customer/client focus
Skills:
a) SAP CRM Service Contract Case. Confirmation etc.
b) Knowledge of ECC: Plant Maintenance Serial Numbers/Equipment/BOM/IBase: Project System Project Plans/WBS/Cost Centers etc.
c) Good understanding of Integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC
