Overview:
The SAP CPI Lead role is a crucial position that drives the successful integration of various systems and applications within the company. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between different platforms enabling efficient business processes and decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee SAP CPI integration projects from conception to execution
- Design develop and implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical guidance
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP CPI developers and consultants
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues ensuring system stability

- Establish best practices for SAP CPI development and integration processes
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI enhancements and updates
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions
- Participate in project planning resource allocation and risk management
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for integrationrelated activities
- Provide technical leadership and support for SAP CPIrelated initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration architecture and strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Process Integration (PI/PO)
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and configuring SAP CPI integration flows
- Strong understanding of integration patterns APIs and web services
- Proficiency in Java programming language and SAP Cloud Platform services
- Experience in leading and managing SAP CPI or integration teams
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
- Certifications in SAP CPI or relevant SAP modules are preferred
- Knowledge of cloudbased integration solutions and technologies
- Understanding of security protocols and data privacy regulations
- Capability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking capabilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
