Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including prospecting lead generation and client acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals providing guidance coaching and support as needed.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
