Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to lead our Salesforce department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards. The candidate should be experienced in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
Oversee the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Manage team development processes
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Mentor team members and promote a culture of learning and development
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization
2+ years of experience in team leadership or management
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer, are a plus.
