Hybrid (Cracow) 23 times a week working from the office

PROJECT
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a small international team and support the enhancement and automation of business processes using the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with team members located in Norway and Poland focusing on developing new features managing integrations and supporting end users.
YOU WILL
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Configure and develop business processes within Salesforce
- Support integration with thirdparty tools via APIs
- Assist in testing and ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations
- Manage deployments to ensure smooth releases
- Provide Salesforcerelated support and user training
- Create and maintain documentation of processes and configurations
MUST HAVE
- 35 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development (Sales & Service Cloud)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and core functionalities
- Handson experience with Flows and API integrations
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a small team
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Platform App Builder)
- Experience working in an international environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and testing tools
OUR OFFER
- The relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.
