Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Salesforce Functional Sales Cloud Consultant to enhance our Sales Cloud implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and the ability to translate business needs into effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Depending on the specific role as a Functional Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant this is what you ll typically do:

Sales Cloud Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud. Guide and advise on best practices for Sales Cloud implementation configuration and customization.

Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges. Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Sales Cloud to meet business needs. This includes managing custom objects fields record types page layouts workflows validation rules and reports.

User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to Salesforce Sales Cloud endusers. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform.

Solution Design and Implementation: Design solutions that leverage Sales Cloud functionality to improve sales processes and productivity. Ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Sales Cloud configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements and are free from defects.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements timelines and deliverables.

Documentation and Best Practices: Document all configurations customizations and processes. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities recommending improvements as appropriate.

Job requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud including configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management staff and clients.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
