Role Salesforce Developer
Exp 45 yrs
Location Bangalore
Skill three to six years of experience for the SSE role preferably with knowledge of salesforce monitoring tools.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with expertise in utilizing monitoring tools to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce administration
and development coupled with strong experience in implementing and managing monitoring
tools to ensure the health and performance of Salesforce applications.
Implement and configure monitoring tools to track the performance and usage of Salesforce
applications.
Monitor system health and performance metrics and proactively identify and address
issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define monitoring requirements and implement
monitoring solutions.
Develop custom monitoring solutions as needed to meet specific business requirements.
Create and maintain documentation related to monitoring tools and processes.
Provide training and support to endusers on monitoring tools and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
Good experience in at least one monitoring tool such as Splunk Dynatrace New Relic or
AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified
Platform Developer) are a plus.
