Salesforce Developer

• Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and
  support of Salesforce CRM
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT
  
• Optimize your understanding of Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force)
  with knowledge of Best Practices understanding on coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF,
  
• Salesforce integration, security
  
• Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy
  systems using REST / SOAP and bulk APIs or any Tool/ESB (Informatica/ Mules/CastIron).
  
• Provide experience in designing workflow rules to implement business
  
• Being familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, managing change
  and training
  
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
  
• Support Technical Consultants and leads in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and
  
  

Requirements

• Min 1 year of experience and deep technical knowledge in Salesforce
  
• Hands on experience into Lightning/LWC/Aura Components and Apex with required Technical and
  Professional Expertise
  
• SFDC platform development experience with minimum 2 years of Lightning Aura Framework
  experience
  
• Prior experience implementing full cycle projects along with Salesforce Development/
  
• Customizations, Lightning Components (APEX, AURA, Visual Force, Batch),
  
• Customization, Salesforce Communities (Partner & Customer) and Integration
  
• Experience in development of Managed & Unmanaged Packages
  
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use and how to
  deploy, including knowledge of the Salesforce platform and
  
• Experience defining and delivering custom enterprise applications in a technical
  
• Have a thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including deployment/packaging
  effectively using Metadata API
  
• The experience and demonstration of understanding of overall SFDC architecture and
  
• Effectiveness to run business user design and user experience
  
• Demonstrable experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life
  Cycle (SDLC).
