• Set daily meeting with the team.
• Deliver weekly skills training.
• Encourage the team to achieve their target.
• Make sure the team looks presentable.
• Full awareness of all projects.
• Attend all visits with the sales team.
• Support the team to close their deals and sign new contracts.
• Follow up and audit on open cases.
• Fill the required daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Encourage the team to manage their time and achieve sales target before the deadline.
• Motivates himself and the team members to do more progress and get promoted.
