In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team.
The main responsibilities will include:
Scheduling meetings
Creating new quotes and proposals for hardware and routine quotes based on replacement schedule for clients
CRM management and administration
Agreement management ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Managing and reporting on inventory levels
Procurement of stock
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
Other administrative duties as required
Requirements
To be considered:
2 years experience in a Managed IT firm
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Great attention to detail
Intermediate understanding of CRM systems
