Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Builds sales team and leads them to achieve the sales targets in terms of:
  1. Quantity Targets
  2. Value Targets : Overall and Per Customer
  3. Margin Targets: Overall and Per Customer
  4. Active Customers
  5. Opening New Accounts
• Sets yearly, quarterly and monthly Sales Plan and follows up its execution.
• Proposes new enhancements for Sales Processes.
• Proposes sales budgets and forecasts.
• Identifies resources and performs workload assignments.
• Organizes Sales Team Visits:
  1. Sets schedule, routes and objectives of daily visits of sales team for existing customers.
  2. Manages and supervise sales team daily visits & calls to existing customers.
  3. Achieves the objectives of sales visits
• Manages sales operations including coordination with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely and efficiently delivery of products.
• Manage collection of due payments of customers.
• Measures Customer Satisfaction and builds effective Customer Relationships.
• Plans and schedules deliveries to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

• University Graduate.
• 5:10 Years of Experience
• Good command of English and MS Office.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, customer service and result oriented competences.
• Having a car is preferred.
