We operate as a "Financial Gym" providing personalized coaching and engaging courses designed to strengthen financial wellbeing. As we expand our offerings we are seeking a passionate and experienced Course Development Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

    • Prospect and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

    • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products/services.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    • Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.

    • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

  1. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

    • Collaborate with other departments such as product development or customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.



Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
  • A customercentric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Proven experience with B2B and B2C sales techniques.
  • Experience in Gulf countries is a Plus.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proven experience with B2B and B2C sales techniques. Experience in Gulf countries is a Plus.
